Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Clagrow Media, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund or cancel our services. This Refunds & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you can request a refund or cancel your agreement with us.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging with Clagrow Media’s services, you agree to the specific terms of the service agreement provided at the time of purchase or contract signing. This policy applies to all services offered, including but not limited to consultation, digital marketing, and funnel building services.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Project Commencement:
    If you wish to cancel your service before the project has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided no work has started. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to contact@clagrow.com.
  • After Project Commencement:
    If a project has already begun, any cancellation will be subject to fees based on the amount of work completed. We will calculate the costs incurred up to the cancellation date and deduct them from the total fee. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
  • Ad Campaigns:
    If you cancel an active ad campaign that is managed by us, you may be subject to additional third-party fees (e.g., platform advertising fees) that are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility:
    Refunds are only issued for services where Clagrow Media has failed to meet the agreed-upon deliverables, as outlined in your service agreement. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of project completion or delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Services:
  1. Once a funnel, ad campaign, or any custom service has been delivered, these services are considered non-refundable.
  2. Strategy calls, consultations, and digital products (such as eBooks or templates) are also non-refundable after delivery.
  • Refund Process:
    To request a refund, please send an email to contact@clagrow.com detailing the reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Amendments to Service

In some cases, we may offer to amend or revise the work completed instead of issuing a refund. This will be decided based on the nature of the issue and our service agreement with you.

5. Exceptions

Clagrow Media reserves the right to deny a refund if:

  • The client does not provide necessary materials, feedback, or collaboration needed to complete the project.
  • The client fails to communicate any issues or dissatisfaction during the service period.
  • The client has approved the work, and services have been delivered according to the agreement.
